Limited Lifetime Warranty

Because we are so confident in the quality of the products that we offer, we happily offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY with nearly all of them!

In the rare event that you ever experience an issue with the items you've purchased from us, simply fill out our quick Warranty Claim Form! If we approve your claim, all you'll need to do is purchase a new shipping label for a hassle-free replacement! 🤗

At A Glance

The Urban Flair warrants specified products against defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal use, subject to the conditions contained in the Limited Warranty outlined below.  

Please save your order confirmation email receipt in the event that a warranty claim needs to be filed, as proof of purchase will be required to do so.

  • Product registration is not required
  • Warranty claim must be submitted via appropriate form to be considered
  • Warranty claims will be reviewed within 7 working days after submission
  • Warranty claim must be submitted per item, even if items are from same order

Eligibility

At our sole discretion, The Urban Flair will replace a product that proves to be defective for the reasons outlined below with a replacement of the exact product originally purchased.

Claims deemed eligible shall include products with:

  • Manufacturer-related defects
  • Craftsmanship flaws
  • Design issues

Examples: Band loop has broken, design on case has chipped/peeled significantly with normal use, case has come apart at seams or cracked, etc.

The Urban Flair does not warrant and is not responsible for:

  • Normal wear and tear of our products
  • Inevitable yellowing of clear TPU (Please see our guide here for maintaining this kind of material)
  • Misuse, abuse or modification of our product
  • Damage to your device as a result of the use of our products or whilst in conjunction with any of our products
  • Damage to any case as a result of removing an accessory, such as a phone grip
  • Stolen, lost or otherwise misplaced items

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Urban Flair is not responsible for direct, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory; including, without limitation, any costs of replacing personal property, or costs of recovering or reproducing any program or data stored in a device used with or carried in our products.

Documentation

Only claims submitted through our designated Warranty Claim Form will be eligible for consideration.

To submit a claim, the following are required:

  • Receipt screenshot as proof of purchase
  • Original Order ID
  • Photo(s) or video(s) of the alleged issue

    Re-Shipping Fee

    For US customers, upon approval of your submitted Warranty Claim, you will be required to pay a flat fee of $4.50 to cover the replacement’s associated shipping costs PER item you are submitting a claim for.

    For claims being made outside of the US, we will notify you of the current re-shipping label rate at the time that the claim is approved.

    Terms of Service

    By submitting a Warranty Claim with us, you understand that:

    • We hold the right to deny Warranty Claims that are ineligible or otherwise unfit according to our terms
    • The reshipped product(s) will be the same exact design/device/model to that of the original item(s) purchased, without exception
    • Customers are required to pay a Re-Shipping Fee PER item they are submitting claim(s) for, even if items are from the same original order
    • Re-shipping fee(s) must be paid before the replacement(s) will be sent in to production
    • Replacement orders are put in to the same fulfillment queue as a new order and will require 1-3 business days on average to be fulfilled before they ship. Actual fulfillment time is always subject to vary and in some case may be up to 7 business days

    Our Rights

    The Urban Flair reserves the right to request that the item in question be returned to us for inspection at your cost. 

    We also reserve the right to refuse a warranty claim for any reason, including but not limited to: insufficient documentation or where claimed defects are not verifiable or valid.
